can adjust the stroke, and the base (bell assembly) is self-aligning.
The pick-up points keep it level for easy loading and unloading in
my leads. It produces excellent results with little downtime.”
Chip Yelton of Yelton Construction, another owner of a Pile
Master hammer, said, “These hammers make our jobs more
productive, positioning of piles easier and much less wear on
our cranes.”

The Pile Master 24-900 has a 900 lb. ram with a maximum twofoot
stroke, producing 1,800 ft. lbs. of energy, the 24-2500 comes
with a 2,500 lb. ram and produces up to 5,000 ft. lbs. of energy. The
larger hammers, the 36-3000 and 36-5000, both have a maximum
stroke of 3 feet, and maximum energy rating of 9,000 and 15,000 ft.

In 2021, Pile Master plans to continue its growth in the pile driving
market, building more innovative hammers in a wider range of
models. The newest model, the Pile Master 18-650, utilizes a lot of
the same components as the other models, in a smaller, compact
package. The total weight of the hammer is only 1,300 lbs., with
a maximum energy of 975 ft. lbs. And before the year is over, Pile
Master hopes to introduce its first low-overhead hammer for driving
