This included extensive employee training on how to perform
work in a socially distanced, masked and disinfected manner
according to all Centers for Disease Control, governmental and
client guidelines.
“One of the solutions we implemented was to perform
socially distant safety training sessions in smaller groups this
year. We found these sessions to be a benefit as it helped us
work with our crews to make changes to several operations,
so health, safety and quality objectives were met during these
trying times,” said Price. “This close collaboration between
management and employees further reinforced the organization’s
continued commitment to our employees and their health
and safety.”
Linde-Griffith was also able to solve another unique coronavirus
problem – how to cope with the shortage of hand sanitizer
products at the onset of the pandemic.
