and have allowed us to remain connected as a team in a more

RACE established a Pandemic Response Team that meets
weekly to address operational and personnel considerations
associated with the risks imparted by COVID.
“Today, we are currently in a hybrid mode with some people
in the office and some at home on any given day,” said Santa.
“While we look forward to the days when we will all be back
in the office, we are prioritizing safety and making sure that
our actions are consistent with the recommendations of the
health professionals.”
He adds that while the RACE team loves what it does, they
have enough experience around the water to know that they are
just one slip away from disaster without proper precautions.

While RACE just recently became a PDCA member, the company

the years.
