manufacturing and supplying a complete

piling, pipe piling and piling accessories
across North America and into Mexico.

precision drilling and assembly.
The company operates under the
umbrella of Samuel, Son & Co., an extensive
family-owned network of metal manufacturing,
processing and distributing founded
in 1855.
“We operate as a stand-alone business
with our parent company behind us,” said
Hal Mulveney, general manager, Heavy
Construction. “Originally, the Roll Form
Group was Canadian Metal Rolling Mills
that started up about 50 years ago. Over
time, the company extended the product
range and developed some American customers,
so when changes came to the U.S.
steel market about 15 years ago, we opened
a facility in Iuka, Miss. and started manufacturing
in the U.S.”
Today, the Roll Form Group consists of
three stocking locations across Canada, five
