With its head office located in Cherepovets,
Russia, and a U.S. location in Philadelphia,
Penn., BuildBaseMatic, Inc. recently became
a new PDCA member, something that Alexandr Tumanov, project
manager for business development in the U.S. and Canada, is
extremely happy about.
“Membership in such associations provides members with a
number of benefits,” said Tumanov. “First, thanks to good communication
within the association, we can gain a lot of useful information
and practical experience about the rules, norms, requirements
and customer expectations. Second, it is access to various events
of the association, conferences, exhibitions, educational programs
and seminars. And third, as pile drivers, we want to improve our
status, become part of a team of professionals, learn from each
other and grow together.”
Formed in 2005 by Roman Treshin and Maxim Egorenkov,
BuildBaseMatic has 28 partners and more than 120 employees.
In the company’s pile driving equipment division, approximately
300 machines have been delivered to the Russian Federation;
several units to Belarus, Ukraine and Kazakhstan; and the first pile
driver to the U.S.
“We are now actively working on exporting products to Europe,
America, Asia and Africa,” said Tumanov. “Negotiations are underway
with potential partners from a dozen countries where various
