of Mentorship
Explore the idea of what having a mentor can do for your
career or how being a mentor yourself can increase your
fulfillment in the industry
As club industry professionals start and progress in their careers, there is an advantage
to finding a mentor along the way. A mentor is a valuable asset to any club
professional, but one often does not know where to start when it comes to finding
a mentor or what that relationship could look like. I had the privilege of connecting with
three mentors in the club industry to discuss their perspective on mentorship and how it
can benefit both parties. Each has a long history in the club world, giving them much passion
for what they do and an eagerness to inspire others in this industry.
