Well, it’s been a busy year for our organization and we look forward to our
growth, change and transition in 2019. It’s with a heavy heart that we say
“thank you” to Steve Hall for his years of dedication and service to the PDCA
family. We reflect fondly on his smile and friendship as he embarks on his well-deserved
journey into retirement. Steve can be proud that through his stewardship and hard work,
PDCA is in a much better place than where it was when he joined us so many years ago.
On the brighter side, I’m excited to pass on leadership to Frank Peters, our new
executive director, a new Board and a new Executive Committee under incoming President
Scott Callaway’s direction for 2019. The energy and engagement of this group is electrifying!
I’d like to thank the 2018 Committees, Board and Executive Committee for their
hard work in obtaining the goals we set for ourselves in January and teeing up our transition
efforts for 2019. Their persistence and perseverance established a solid foundation of
success that we can build on through further engagement of dedicated members like you.
