About PDCA:
Part of the PDCA’s vision is to advocate for the increased use of driven piles in deep foundations and earth
retention systems when identified as an effective solution and compared to other foundation methods. PDCA
accomplishes this through a multifaceted strategic plan designed to inform and educate engineers, contractors,
suppliers, manufacturers, governmental agencies and other end-users who are directly or indirectly associated
with deep foundations and/or the driven pile industry.
The PDCA also promotes the effective, efficient and economical design of driven piles and provides industry
support in the areas of installation procedure improvements, encouraging and supporting research dedicated to
increasing the reliability, usefulness, and cost effectiveness of driven pile and to give the pile driving industry a
larger voice in establishing procedures and standards for the installation and design of driven pile. t
