Dr. Bengt Fellenius spoke to the crowd about a retrospective on the
static and dynamic testing and analysis of piles
Dr. Bengt Fellenius’ work to codify the capacity of a driven pile with
a straightforward analytical approach that allows evaluation of such
factors as neutral plan location, negative skin friction and settlement
resulted in his “Unified Design Method”
